Day 4 - Blarney Castle

Day 3 ended with a big show and traditional Irish meal in Dublin. This included a great Irish group and traditional Irish dance show... Think River dance. It was really fun.. but made for a late night.

Then we had to be up and have our bags ready to be loaded on the bus by 7:00. This is the deluxe coach that we get to sight see in.. and that is Dermit our bus driver.

Next we we drove to Blarney castle for some great exploration... no we didn't kiss the stone.. were warned not to from the locals..

The sights were fantastic as you can see. No I am not talking about the old house.

The trees are really something having to deal with the weather.. and it was cold and wet today.

The best surprise was that Patrick, Katherine and Tyler meet us for lunch at the castle. Tyler was very glad to see us...

But not as much as an opportunity to get on the big bus with Papa. He loves buses and point them out at every sighting. So I was thrilled to take him on-board. His parents were more than willing to let him take the rest of the trip with Nana and Papa, but we figured there must be some rule against that.
